The Holiday Accommodation – Sleeps 6 or 12 guests.

Description…..

Enter the house, into a small hall.
Up stairs to a half landing with the family bathroom.
Up a half flight of stairs to enter the kitchen (with access into the garden) and lounge/diner.
Up another flight of stairs for another toilet with wash basin, main en-suite bedroom, a double room and a twin room. Up another flight of stairs to a second sitting room (with sofa bed) and two further twin rooms.

Furnished with bright, modern furniture, and cosy soft furnishings, to echo the light and character of Aberdovey.

First floor

Family bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over.

Kitchen – all appliances – large range cooker on gas & electric; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, table seating 4, and back door leading out on to large decked area.

Lounge/diner – large South Facing Bay window with views of Seafront, Beach and Sea. Ideal place to just sit, relax and watch the world go by. 2 comfortable sofas, gas fire, TV & DVD. Large table seating 8.

- Main bedroom with en suite bathroom- double bed, large built in wardrobe and en suite comprising loo, sink, and shower.

- Landing/sitting room – sofa bed, TV & video, selection of games and books. Somewhere to send the kids to play and relax.

Garden & Decking

Outside Decking
From the kitchen door, you come to a large decked area, with table & chairs, and BBQ.

From here steps lead up to three terraced grass areas, climbing to the end of the garden where there is a garden bench for you to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the sea. A perfect end to a perfect day.

Bookings of up to 6 people include the first two floors, 3 bedrooms - 2 double rooms ( 1 en suite) & 1 twin room. Bookings of up to 12 people include the whole house.

  • Non smoking property.
  • Sorry – no dogs.
  • Sorry – No large parties of youngsters

  • Price includes linen and hand towels but not bath or beach towels.
  • There is free, all day,  roadside parking from September to April outside the house. April to September this is limited to 6pm to 9am or 45 minutes slots during the day. A pay Car Park opposite the house. Or unlimited free parking 250m from the house.
  • We allow for 5 bags of rubbish per week. Extra rubbish must be disposed of at your own convenience. More than 5 bags of rubbish will be charged at £10.00 per bag from your Damage Deposit.
