Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required upon booking.
- Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation has been issued.
- Cancelled bookings more than 28 days before commencement – loss of deposit.
- Cancelled bookings 28 or less days before commencement – full loss ( except Damage Deposit).
- The house will be available from 3:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
- The hirer is responsible for the property and its contents during the period of the booking. All equipment, utensils and furniture must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning caused must be reported at once.
- A Returnable Damage Deposit of £150.00 per week is due with final payment. This will be returned within 21 days of departure.
- The party size must not exceed the pre-booked number unless by prior arrangement. No subletting and no unauthorized parting with or sharing occupation is allowed.
- A maximum of 5 bags of rubbish is allowed per week. Any extra bags of rubbish must be disposed of at your convenience. Failure to comply will result in a charge of £10.00 per bag taken from the Damage Deposit.
- The house is let as holiday accommodation and on the basis that neither the hirer nor anyone else has any right to remain in the property after the booking period.
- The house is strictly NO SMOKING
- Strictly no dogs.
- The owners have take all reasonable precautions to ensure the house is safe for its occupants. The owners are therefore not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal possessions or personal accident unless caused by the negligence of the owners or their employees.
- Weekly Lets Run from Friday to Friday. Access to the house will be available from 3:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure. Long weekends Friday to Monday, @ 75% of the weekly rate. Mid-week Breaks Monday to Friday, @ 75% of the weekly rate.
